SC Soft USA · Enterprise AI agents · Automated operations

AI agents that do the work—
with humans in control.

We design, deploy, and operate automated AI agents for real business workflows—not isolated demos or another chat interface. Enterprise AI OS gives every agent a role, approved tools, operating boundaries, measurable outcomes, and human approval where it matters.

Built by the same senior engineering team behind long-running retail and payments platforms across the United States and Latin America.

AI automation grounded in years of production ownership across the U.S. and Latin America.

Automated AI agents · Real workflows

Start where work crosses systems, rules, and human judgment.

The best first agent is not a generic assistant. It owns a clear operational outcome, works through approved tools, and knows when to stop and ask a person.

  • 01Finance operations

    Close · reconciliation · AP/AR

An agent can assemble data across systems, compare records, flag mismatches, prepare evidence, and route the decision to the right owner.

  • 02Retail & commerce

    Catalog · pricing · inventory · orders

Agents can monitor operational signals, identify channel failures, prepare actions, and escalate anything that falls outside policy.

Enterprise AI OS · Agent operations

Give every AI agent a job, owner, boundaries, and a record.

Enterprise AI OS turns useful automations into accountable operations. Teams can see what is running, what needs approval, where exceptions occurred, and whether the workflow delivered.

Proven operating platforms

Production systems, not AI theater.

Our retail and payments platforms are sold standalone. They also show the operating depth behind our agent work: integrations, exceptions, controls, and years of production ownership.

  • SaaS · Retail

    Marketplace Hub

One control plane for every marketplace your catalog lives on.

A SaaS hub that connects your catalog, pricing, and inventory to every marketplace and channel — Mercado Libre, Amazon, Falabella, Ripley, your own e-commerce — from a single source of truth.

    • Catalog sync. Push and reconcile SKUs, attributes, and media to every channel.
    • Order ingestion. Unified inbox for orders from every marketplace.
    • Pricing engine. Rules, margins, and competitor-aware repricing per channel.

    Commerce Platform

Storefronts, checkout, and back-office for multi-brand retailers.

A SaaS e-commerce platform for retailers operating multiple brands, regions, and price lists from one back-office. Storefronts, checkout, OMS, and store operations on a single stack.

    • Multi-brand. One back-office. Many storefronts, currencies, price lists, languages.
    • Headless option. Use our front-ends, or call our APIs from yours.
    • Checkout. Conversion-tuned, mobile-first, native to LATAM payments.

  • Platform · Banking

    Payments & Banking Platform

Acquiring, switching, and terminal apps for banks and PSPs.

A modular payments stack we have built and operated for seven years, currently powering one of the largest acquirers in the Dominican Republic. Switching, acquiring, terminal apps, and merchant tooling.

    • Switching. High-availability transaction routing across card networks.
    • Acquiring. Merchant onboarding, settlement, chargebacks, reconciliation.
    • Terminal apps. EMV, contactless, QR, tip, surcharge, multi-currency.

Selected work

Operations we run, at the scale we run them.

Three operations that show the arc of how we work: the problem an operator brought us, what we built, and what is live in production today.

  • Enterprise AI OS · multi-region

Agent control layer for finance ops

The problem. A finance team had a dozen useful agents — close, reconciliation, vendor onboarding — running as scripts no one outside engineering could see, audit, or trust.

What is live. Enterprise AI OS gave operators a governed surface for every run: roles, owners, KPIs, and replay. Controllers approve from one queue. Daily close lands on time, and 'what did the agent do?' has a one-click answer.

  • Payments · Dominican Republic

    PagaTodo · Grupo Vimenca acquiring

The problem. One of the country's largest acquirers needed switching, terminal apps, and merchant tooling that could carry national-scale traffic without a vendor cycle dictating the roadmap.

What is live. Seven years on the bridge with the same engineers who designed the system. Settlement, disputes, and approvals run on infrastructure we operate alongside the bank — not behind a support desk.

  • Retail SaaS · Chile

    Operating platform — multi-brand retail

The problem. Skechers, Tecnobuy, and other multi-brand groups were running back-office, marketplaces, and store operations across spreadsheets, integrations no one owned, and weekly fire drills.

What is live. One platform for catalog, pricing, orders, and store ops. Marketplace listings stay healthy across seven channels. The same team that built it is still on-call — going on year seven.

How we can work together

One team from agent design to operations.

Begin with the smallest engagement that produces evidence. Add governance or platform work only when the workflow calls for it.

  • 01Build & operate

    Deploy automated agents

Best fit. You have a repetitive, cross-system workflow with clear exceptions and a result the business can measure.

Outcome. We map the decisions, connect approved tools, test real scenarios, deploy behind human controls, and stay accountable in production.

  • 02Enterprise AI OS

    Govern an agent portfolio

Best fit. Useful scripts and assistants already exist, but ownership, permissions, approvals, and operational visibility are fragmented.

Outcome. Enterprise AI OS gives every agent a job, owner, approved tools, workflow, KPI, and reviewable run history.

  • 03Platforms & modernization

Strengthen the systems agents depend on

Best fit. The underlying retail, payments, or operational platform needs senior ownership—not another temporary delivery team.

Outcome. We deploy proven products where they fit, or build and operate the tailored platform and integrations the business actually needs.

From workflow to production

Map. Deploy. Operate.

Start with one measurable workflow. Expand only after the agent proves useful, controlled, and dependable.

  • II

    Deploy

Connect approved systems, configure the agent, test real scenarios, and release it behind the right human controls.

    • Tools and integrations
    • Evaluation scenarios
    • Monitored production release
  • III

    Operate

Review runs, manage exceptions, tune models and tools, control costs, and expand responsibility only after the agent proves reliable.

Start with one workflow

What work should an AI agent take off your team?

Bring us one repetitive, cross-system workflow with a measurable outcome. We’ll help map the trigger, tools, data, exceptions, and approval points—then decide whether an agent is the right answer.
